I am almost finished with the new beds for both dogs.

I am making a pillow/bed for each of the dogs.  I have the inner pillow finished.  Now to just sew the fleece covers up and put the zippers in!  Not too much left.  I can make both dogs a nice size pillow/bed for less than what it would cost to purchase one, even at WalMart.  And I can machine wash either just the outer cover or the whole thing.  It's super easy too.

cool!  i wish i could sew.  i see tons of beautiful dog beds in the pet stores that i would love to get hugo but they are soooo expensive.  i always think "boy wish i was good with a sewing machine".  thing is if i could sew, i probably would overflow my house with dog beds!!!  you might be able to get different and unusual fabrics from ebay.  i love ebay!

I wouldn't necessarily call myself "good" with a sewing machine. LOL  I just made a super simple pillow type bed.  When I am finished with them tomorrow, I will take some pictures.
