No excuses, I'm lazy and would rather do a hundred other things than go to the gym.  The daily dog walk is all the exercise I get.
Thanks,

Emily and 1 husband, 1 boy, 1 on the way, and 4 crazy dogs

I went to the gym for awhile, but then I kept putting it off and now I like never go.  I run around with Nee alot, and everyonce in awhile I go on the treadmill, but I have knee problems so it's hard to run.  I want to do strippercise.  Have you SEEN the shape those girls are in?  The good ones not the icky ones.  Also when I was at my smallest was when I was riding.  You could bounce a quarter off my butt and my tummy.  Sigh.... those were good days........

FYI Carmen Electra has 2 really fun strippercise DVDs (they are called Fit to Strip) and there is a beginner and an advanced.  The first one is really fun and has a cute little strip routine (and it makes your butt and thighs hurt!) and the second one has some fun dancing too and is a little more aerobic.
I am kind of a big deal!

I KNOW!  I want them but they're too risque for Wal-mart, and Best Buy doesn't seem to have them either :(  I need to go to classes that have a scheduled time so I HAVE to go.  *Sigh*

stationary bike and weight machine make exellent places to hang clothes.

walk pup is good.
I had recent knee surgery, with Cassi's  hips and my knee we compliment each other and nothing is fast, except when she gets motivated and becomes a retriever chasing her ball for a few minutes.
