Flynn is embarrassed and would not allow me to post a picture - he doesn't know I'm typing this as he's asleep in the kitchen...

...he's 10 months old and he's only got 3 inch paws. That's measured with him lying down so whok nows, they may spread a little if he's standing on them. :D

I'd have sworn they were bigger than that as they look like lion's paws when he's walking.

(Sports Announcer Voice): OK folks, this looks like a close one.  So far we've got a 3 way Newfie tie at 4 inches!  Is there no dog that can show these upstarts who has the real Big Paws?  It may have seemed that the Saints would dominate since they are recognized as the heaviest dogs in the world, or maybe the Malamutes due to their breeding so they can run on top of snow, but the Newfs are DOMINATING!  Let's get back to the action.....

I'm not sure. This is the first time I've ever pulled out a tape measure, so I don't really know how big they have been - I just know that they always seemed to be in proportion to her legs. She's 17 months now and 120lbs, so she still has some growing to do. I guess I will have to remeasure her paws in a few months  ;)

Ok, got measurements of all the paws with a cloth tape... then realised it didn't stay straight like the other kind.   :-\  So finally found a "stiffy" measuring tape and got to do it all over again.  lol  Gyrl decided once was enough though and didn't want to be bothered for the second time!  ::)

Ok, here's 5 of the 6 pack... but can you guess which one is which?  ;D

My dogs aren't even close! But I thought I'd post pics anyway  ;D


The first one is Sam... he's about 3"

And then Cooper... at 8 weeks he's about 2 1/4" {don't look at the ruler... it wasn't in the right position!}  :P
