Hi, I have been lurking for a while and decided that I really need to introduce myself. 

I live on the northside of Chicago with my b/f-partner-SO (so many labels) and our 8.5 month male OEM.  The name is confusing for many people but who is going to make fun of a 200 lb. dog??  We picked him up in May and have had such a great summer.  The little guy is 120+lbs. and only had 80 lbs to go.

I have really enjoyed lurking and I hope that I have something interesting to contribute. 

The avatar photo is from his puppy shower in June.  I tried to add some newer photos but, since the files are too big, I was receiving error messages.

Welcome!  I'm Susan and I have an 11 month old Newfoundland named Bailey and we live in California.

Your pup is so adorable.  Hope you can resize some of your pics so we can see more of him.

Is there any way to post pictures using an internet photo site?  All the photos I have cannot be compressed or, when compressed, they are still over the 200 KB limit.

www.photobucke t.com is great.  I use it alot when pictures are to big.  It automatically resizes them for you.    Then all you have to do is put the [img] link right into your post.

Hi, I'm Paul. and I live in Indiana.  I have  Darmok, a female doberman who will be 3 next month, and Sasha, a female doberman who will be 2 next month. ( I have little dogs, too, but I'll just talk about my BIG paws   ;D haha) Welcome and I hope you get your photo thing all worked out!  I love all the dogs here!  You get to feel like you know them all personally! :)

Your OEM is So cute!  Amazing to call him a pup at 120 lbs!  Chester, our brown Newfie baby is close to the same age but 'only' weighs about 90 lbs!    We also have a 3 year old Landseer, Cowboy.  Welcome to the group!  Feels free to weigh in on any posting!  The more you post, the more involved you are!!  It's great fun here!
