when you go grocery shopping and change your mind about something you've put in your basket, do you go back and put it on the shelf where it belongs or dump it wherever you are when you change your mind?
I'm a guy, I never make mistakes grocery shopping. I can fill my basket with all I need in 14 minutes!

I think we need a Harry Potter topic section!!!!

I am with pup daddy on the snpe this, and on the best book question,  but not in sirius, (JKR has said he really is dead, but also said we haven't seen the last of him).

So, Who is your favorite Character? The twins

What got you hooked on these books?I had been reading Stephen King and Dean Koontz, and was getting depressed my their misery, I needed a change, BAD!

Do you like the movies?Yes, but they are no substitute for reading

I bet he says Donut! ;D & my question, how do you do it???...Im mean take them in & love them & not keep every one???
I loved Donut, but my most common memory of her was me yelling "no" and her wagging tail retreating under a chair or table! Her sharp little teeth could destroy ANYTHING in seconds.

I can take a dog and give them up, just like a library book. Giving them up makes room for another great chapter in my life. But unlike a book, I know they are giving their love to someone else who deserves it!

I don't read any non-fiction, except for web sites, like BPO!

How can I pick a favorite fiction? Shakespeare, Dickens, Steinbeck, Chekhov, Poe, Pope, Twain,  Asimov, Clancy,  Doyle, Christy, how can I choose one?

If you had asked, "Who am I waiting for to publish a new book?"  it would be JK Rowling, John Sandford, and Dan Brown

If, God forbid, there was no BPO, what would you do with all your spare time?  Read or walk the dogs?

Here are my two questions:

Do you play an instrument?

If you were ever on the Letterman show what would your "stupid human" trick be?

Wow.  Don't think I have an actual favorite!  But for fun I've been reading the Harry Potter books, only backwards.  Starting from the recent to the first.

Then I just like to read things in different areas.

Oh, now I guess one of my favorites would be by a Canadian author named Pauline Gedge!  She writes some "history" type novels that are absolutely wonderful and full of detail!!  She has quite a few and so far I've found them all wonderful.  They are mainly "female" focused on important female personalities which are often overlooked in history.  Like "The Eagle and The Raven" is about a Celtic female leader.  It was pretty intense!!
