Introducing my new "Puppy"
« on: November 27, 2005, 05:15:03 pm »
Hello everyone !!!

I want to introduce to you my new "PUPPY".  Her name is Remi.  She is a 2 year old Blue Great Dane.   I just adopted her from San Gabriel Valley Great Dane Rescue on Saturday.  What an absolutely wonderful experience it was to work with this rescue organization.

I already have a 4 year old Great Dane (got thru a different Organization) and the two of them are buddies already.

Remi is Beautiful!  hopefully we will have another get together soon so i can meet her!  I still have the picture of Shakes from the last one on my desktop at work.

I am seriously considering contacting SGVGDR about adopting.... I wonder what Tom would think about another pup.  I think Shakes could use a buddy, although i also think he would hate not being the center of our attention all the time.

Kristen,

SGVGDR currently has one of Remi's siblings that will soon be available for adoption.  Both Remi & her brother were returned by the prior adopter because she is leaving out of the Country for an indefinate period of time.

I adopted Remi and left Kim (SGVGDR) with the brother.

Go to www.SGVGDR.com for more information about this boy.  He is 2 years old, black with a white chest.  He is a lover boy.

WOW what a beautiful girl... and Sampson is a very handsome boy, as well.  I'll throw in my thanks to you for adopting a rescued dane, also  :) .

She is simply gorgeous.  I had looked into getting a blue dane right before we got Gunther, but his breeder got back to me first.

Samson isn't too bad looking himself.   ;)  I love the pic of the two of them together.  They make a cute couple.   :D
