Wow she is gorgeous. I would adopt that dog in a heartbeat!!!!
I have been seeing a lot of dogs on petfinder lately who look very similar and they are great pyrenees/anatolian shepherd mixes. I think it's a common mix because they work on farms as LGD's and end up breeding together. Just a thought. (I have a theory that Mokey's dad is a pyr/anatolian...)

Yeah, I was thinking she looks more Akbash than Kuvasz.  There is something about her coat that just doesn't seem Kuvasz-y to me...   

Either way, she is absolutely beautiful and she has an amazingly sweet face.  I bet the boys are going to love her!

Where do you girls come up with these dog breeds?  I've never heard of an Akbash in my whole life!!!  I know I've lived a sheltered life, but jeez, it must be worse than I thought! LOL

Wow!..She does look like it & also looks like the Pyr/Anatolian cross...We are pulling her tomorrow...Tom orrow night I'll post pics & be able to tell you more what she looks like...Today we bought her a racy red leash & collar...I almost got her pink but she looks like a racy red girl to me!!...This is going to be so much fun to spoil her!...She was found as a stray very underweight & a mess...I can't wait to  start trainign with her & teach her what it's like to have a family! ...I want to make sure she is ready to go to her forever home!
