Winter Wonderland
« on: December 02, 2005, 11:37:48 am »
Hubby had the digital out early yesterday morning taking pictures outside of the great outdoors.  The trees are all so beautiful right now with small beads of ice attached up and down the branches, icicles hanging from some, it looksl ike a crystal palace.  Pictures don't capture the beauty completely, but here are some pictures of what our yard looks like right now.  Shana

It is beautiful, but after 6 m onths of the white stuff and cold it gets well shall we say....OLD!  LOL!!  So far its a new winter and a ok!  My daughter and I may take the snowmobile out later after we clean house and take some more pictures.  I really want to buy a "regular" camera, a canon or nokia, with the big lens and attachments.  My mom takes photos, I would love to take a photography course, I think it would be an excellent way to temper the stressors of nursing with something relaxing like photography!

We're still thinking everything over. I meet with Deena yesterday just in case. :)

I understand about getting tired of the weather.  The 'beautiful' weather we have here most of the year (Southern California) is great except for the heat, lack of humidity, and smog....so from June to October, I'd love to hibernate!!!

Do take the photo class...and post them HERE!!!   ;D

Wow! Your yard looks amazing Shana. I'm so jealous of all of that snow.
