This boy has been rescued from the shelter, but we're still searching for his forever home.  He is currently in Riverside county with cvcalgal--she sprung him from "jail" so he wouldn't be PTS.  We could deliver him to someone to provide him a forever home!  Hopefully we can find him a great home soon!

I live about 20 minutes from Palm Springs in Riverside County. He is currently doing very well considering all he has gone through. the vet said he is about 20 pounds under weight so he is getting all the food he wants and plenty of love. I really don't want to get attach to him because I already have 4 dogs. I want him to be adopted ASAP but it must be to a good home. So if you are interested please email me. Thanks for all your concerns. And Merry Christmas to all.

That is so sad! I'll keep my ears open and check with a couple of friends. Please keep us posted.

I am still hoping this sweet and very lovable boy goes to a wonderful home. I have had him for almost 2 weeks and need to find him a great home ASAP. If I don't find him  a home I will have to contact the rescue group and hope they take him. Thanks for your concerns.

I've sent out emails, but no response. I believe the holidays has people out of town or otherwise out of touch. Please hang in there for another week.

I just joined today after meeting a fellow newf owner in Oxnard.

We live in La Canada, currently own Portia, our tiny little newf bitch, and are considering another.  Is this poor guy still available?

Hi and welcome to BPO!  I believe that this doggie is going to be placed through So. Cal. Newf Rescue.  However, you should send a message to Cvcalgal--she has been fostering him and will have all the up to date information.

This is a really sweet newfie who deserves a great home!  Let us know if you adopt him!!! :)

I have a lady coming over tomorrow afternoon to see him and see if he is a match for her and her Newfie she has. If he is not a match he will still be looking for a place. The Newfie rescue is helping with his placement. I will reply tomorrow letting you know if he was placed or not. If he wasn't you can contact the So Cal Newfie Rescue afterwards. Thanks for all your concerns.

Our boy has been placed.  The Newf Rescue group in San Diego had a person on file who had been waiting for a special Newf.  I'll post more details as I get them.  YEA!!!!   ;D ;D ;D ;D

Another happy ending!  Thanks Jess, for bringing him to our attention!  (happy dance here!!!)
