the photo i use for post is my AKC and International champion bitch, Nandi,  midori has been shown, and at 7 months got a reserve winners bitch, not too shbby for a pup
also, but we are waiting a while to put her back in the ring, she is a very large bitch,, but also very imature,,,,,, i think we will wait   until she is 18 months old,,,, ans also we are going to breed Nandi next week and i dont want the girls and boys at the shows, near so many other dogs,,,,i am a worry wort,lol.......

i also am very excited, her 1st litter.   i also bred her mom, she won her championship also.
the male we picked for stud  is so handsome, i'd date him,,lol
the son of a # 1 Specials and westminster winner(BOB)
i think it is going to be a match made in heaven,,,,,,, i already am planning on keeping 1 or 2 from this litter
and,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,one will have the call name Angel

Look at those eyes.  I can see why she is such a winner.

lol,,,,,,,,,,actually her color eyes is not a desirable color, for a black nose ridgeback, her grandmother was a liver nose and Nandi pulled that gold eye from there,  but she is so sound and so well put together, the judges didnt mind her eye color. i have seen multi RR's with gold eyes win. it is not a D Q like a blue eye would be, or ridgeless, that is the only D Q  on rhodesians

Guess it goes to show that I have never even read the Ridgeback standard.  I am so looking forward to show Dixie Darlin in he first show in November.  I am sure that there are things I have not picked up on the the Great Pyrenees standard.  Are there any book you would suggest I get on showing dogs.  I have not been able to find a local class.
