Just thought I'd post a few of Kate's recovery pics following her spaying (mostly because they made me laugh)! Yes, both Eric and I took the day off today to be at home to spoil her rotten following her surgery

1st pic - Kate watching Family Guy with us this morning. Eric is ADDICTED to that show, I think it's quite funny too. I don't think Kate really cares what we watch unless the tube is tuned into Animal Planet...
2nd pic - Kate sporting her newest fashion "HOT" trend (thanks again for the tip DakotaMom - sure beats the humiliation of the cone)!
3rd pic - Whoopsie, I woke Kate up with the camera on this one...
4th pic - Our newest household purchase, ain't he cute? We couldn't resist (and yes - it's a stuffed animal head, not a real moose head)! I'm sure he'll make a great conversation piece (if Kate doesn't get him down first). What shall we name him???
P.S. If you notice all the plastic water bottles in the pics - it's because Kate is a bottle-nut. We must have about 10 empty bottles throughout our house. If we're finishing off some water, she's waiting to grab that empty bottle!
