One of my cats, Bevo, has always let fosters suckle him, even adults. The funniest thing was when we used to foster newborn kittens. They'd see an adult we had suckling poor Bevo, so they'd try. You could almost see it on their faces when they realized that it wasn't working turned back towards the other cat like he was crazy. Bevo let that other adult cat suckle him, and the other cat weighed a good five pounds more than poor Bevo. He never hit a nipple, either. He'd suckle his right armpit.
