well, cooper, my golden retriever just turned 16 weeks last Friday. my sister and her husband have a boat and we are going to go out boating with them in a couple of weeks. my question is, do you all think it is okay to take cooper baoting/swimming already? he hasnt really been around water at all but we are going to go buy him a little baby pool to help get him used to water. if we took him to the lake with us, we would slowly introduce him into the water and of course he would have a puppy life vest on. does that all sound alright? hes a golden so he should love water but i have never taken a dog swimming before so i want to make sure i do everything right.
