Let me be the first to say "Grace you did a great hob on our walk tonight!"
I went to the pet store today at lunch and bought 1.) a gentle muzzel 2.) a Gentle leader looking thing 3.) a dog whistle and neck strap.
the gentle leader like no pull leash was too big. so into the Jeep we got and went to the pet stores up the road.
mind you, Killer was a perfect angle in the stores.
i had to browse at the first pet store and when the lines at the cash register got too long for us to pass the people, we looked around till an opening came up to get to the door. meanwhile i was talking to Grace who was nosing at all the things on the lower endshelves. i said "I can't take you anywhere." or "give me that!" people looked at me and laughed.
we found something at PetCo called the No pull trainer (no collar required) made by 4 paws. I figured out how to attach pupper to it by the diagrams on the box and we went on a walk muzzel and all. i have never had such a relaxing walk with Grace. it was so nice in fact that i took her for a second lap around the pond at the park where we met a lady and her baby, 2 kids who loved Grace and a couple walking a pit bull.
we did great. this may be the trick.
i am so proud of my vicious little puppy.
