Just pill him. The beauty of big dogs is how easy you can open their mouths and sick the pill down their throat. As for the Rymadyl Kali loves the stuff, my little stoner. Tim

Hey happy belated birthday, hope all is good with you and the critters. I remembered it was this week but couldn't remember when and was actually going to look up your Hotseat but didn't need too. Tim

First is to Eiren, I would say it's a dominence thing however Fumble is not aggressive about it the only thing you can do is commute to Kali or have Kali commute to Fumble. Mom and Auntie are great but it just isn't the same as another big paw.

To Rich Ever hear the expression "MASSHOLE", you and your neighbors from the Commonwealth do have a certain reputation. Tim

Thats awesome that Chester came in after you.
Kali goes absolutly crazy "the life guard" when I am in the water. She'll only go in up to her chest though with the exception of two times before I bought her Float Koat (sp). Both times she was doing her laps when all of a sudden she dove head first into the deep end, she hended up being the one who  needed to be rescued. We'll have to see how next summer goes. Tim

I can't tell you the amount of times pics happen to Bear but most of the time people ask me to move out of the way. Go figure huh? ;) He's been in so many pics and on video that I'm surprised he doesn't have regular paparrazi stocking him.  ;D

Don't worry Jamie we still want you in Bear's pics. It makes for a great reference to his size after all ;).

Katie I think you, your husband, and your kids have done nothing wrong. Almost everyone has made valid points that all could have been exercised in a perfect world, something we all know does not exist. What you did was above and beyond, you judged the situation to be beyond your ability and did what you needed too to regain control.

Those bold enough to claim to have never left their dog unattended with their children need to sit down and really think about that statement. Its untrue, I know as well as every other dog owner on this board knows it, so please don't get on aa all high and mighty power trip.

Kate I hope you take this for what it was, a conflict of personalities, it truly does not speak poorly of you, your family, Solomon, or your breeder, you all handled the situation as best you could in the time you had available.  Tim & Kali

P.s. Be sure to read Newflvr's post about five above mine, she is a very intelligent MOM.

The sling blankets that everyone is talking about can be ordered through outdoor goods places like www.Cabelas.co m or auto specialty sites like www.Performanc eproducts.com. i suggest looking at Wet Okoale(sp) seat covers, they're made of neoprene and are awesome for active people w/ multi use vehicles.(don't get them for any heated seats though) Tim

Hi Kristi this is the first time I've read about your ear problems. Its interesting because my sister in FL has a similiar problem that was attributed to a recurring infection she had. I can't remember what her actual diagnosis was but she has currently lost somethin like 70% in one ear and 5-10% in the other. I wish you luck and have to say everyone is giving wonderful suggestions for you to work from.  Tim & Kali
