Congrats on your new pupper!!!

Daisy was just over 5 months when we adopted her.  She was a crazy playful biter.  It was all in good fun to her but geesh did it hurt!
Turning my back was no good because she would just bite the backside.
She thought everything was play.......gra bbing her muzzle, pushing her cheek into her mouth so she would bite it if she bit down, taking her down and flipping her on her back.
A squirt bottle worked for us.   We never had to fill it with anything but water although I've heard some people have added a couple drops of baby shampoo  (bad taste) or vinegar.
She didn't like getting squirted in the face.
Of course, I had to buy a bunch of these and have them all around the house but it worked.  We still use it from time to time.  Funny thing is that I don't have to squirt it.
She sees the bottle, stops the bad behavior, then shakes as if she was squirted.

Enjoy your new pup!   Can't wait to see pictures!

Count me too.
I've gotten some great deals, only gotten burned once, and enjoy myself.
I do have an after midnight rule.   I don't start shopping after midnight.
I tend to end up with things that I never would have bid on if I hadn't been tired and caught up in the bidding.
The bidding.......*sigh*.......gotta love the bidding.
The next day I'll find the "YOU'VE WON!" email and I break out in a sweat not remembering what I bid on the night before.
So....no shopping after midnight for me......at least that's what I tell myself.   ;D

Do you give them marrow bones in the house?

How long until a bone gets thrown away?

Any aggression over bones in multi dog homes?

Some dog toys say...."for the toughest chewer"....right.
I'm sure many of you would agree that your BP could work for a dog toy company testing chew toys and most toys would fail the test.

Here's our latest problem.   Daisy is chewing little bits off of toys and ingesting them.  She threw up repeatedly last night until a small piece of toy came out then the stomach settled down.
I removed all rope toys last month due to to this issue.
She chews through everything I've purchased (even Kongs).
She has to have something to chew otherwise she will chew whatever is nearby...inclu ding woodwork (any tips for repairing?)
I don't mind the toy getting destroyed.
Swallowing the pieces is the issue.

So....suggesti ons for tough, fun big chew toys for my monster chewer?

Thanks,
Wendy

Whoa!! You are WAY beyond my capabilities here....I'm lucky I got all their body parts in the pics!!

heheheh....... now that's funny.

Both pictures are great.
My first thought was to crop the second pic a bit to make the focal point the dogs....but I'd hate to crop out that beautiful landscape.
The first pic is wonderful of the dogs.  You can tell they are playful loving buddies.
I'd opt for the first one because loving buddies screams Xmas to me.
And....(this is a selfish reason)....but I want the focus to be on my precious puppers not the background.   ;D

Aw heck....everyo ne loves to get xmas cards....send out both!!!!

Here's Neo and Savannah. Neo is 18 weeks now and Savannah is 6 months, she is quite a bit smaller than him.
Man was that ever hard to do!!  ;D

Steph....I love seeing the top of Neo's wrinkled head in that pic!  He's like, "What the heck are you doing?!?!!?"   Too funny!

My will wrestle outside but only with an audience.
We call it...."LOOK AT US, WE ARE BIG GOOBERS!"
As soon as they hear the front door close because I've walked into the house they stop and stare at the door like, "How could she walk out on this terrific show?"

MRI shows a NORMAL BRAIN ....and it's MINE!

HURRAH!!!

Now I just have to continue the seizure meds and keep ramping up on the dosage amounts.
Today is a double up dosage day.  The first couple are rough but my body adjusts.  I'll get there one day at a time.

Thanks again for all the support!!!

Its the next line of the poem that jjfritche started.

"I cannot go to school today, said little Peggy Anne McKay. I have the measles and the mumps, a gash a rash and purple bumps...."

"My tonsils are as big as rocks, 'I've counted sixteen chicken pox"
