Zeus is a huge kisser an licker to the point of enough already.!!! lol I have a shaved head which he seems to love to lick along with hands an feet an mouth i dont mind it for a bit but then if you let him continue your soaking wet and in the winter its a pain cause then your cold lol

It must have been tearing slowley over time cause the day it happened was a typical walk in the woods and then back to the house where he was lying outside. I called him in cause i was going to work and he was fine i came home later and he wouldnt walk on it at all , so i dont know if he did something while in the house but he's usually pretty docile once he's in. So who knows but surgery is done dr says it looks good so we will see .

Yes he's on pain meds twice a day , so we will see how things go hopefully he makes a good recovery like Fumbles did,and then more swimming for activity then running around lol.

I know what your saying i just feel bad for him. Thats all i know im not the worst pet owner, just feel so bad for the guy .

Yah i know its not my fault but i still feel like crap!! I had the surgery done about two weeks ago , so he's hobbling around now so hopefully in 12 weeks he will be somewhat back to normal

Poor Zeus he's not even 2 years old and already he has had his shoulder scoped , lyme disease , and now he tore his acl yahhhhh who's a good dog owner!!!!!!!!!!!! Well let's hope i do betta with Nikos then Zeus , here's a pic of the two boys .

Hello All
just wanted to say Season Greetings to all, Zeus finally is a big brother !! Little Nikos is here 6 pounds 12ounces, Zeus doesnt know what to think of him basically licks his heads an then goes away. I think when he can walk they will bond betta. Well anyway a few pics of Zeus in the snow an then hopefully a few of the two together but till then take care

Zeus is about 135 pounds and he is a year an half , but I only feed him about a cup in the morning an a cup at night with some kind of snack inbetween like apples, or cottage cheese stuff like that. He seems to be on the shorter size for newfies to me but stalky. I cant see him filling out much more lol but who knows id like him to be taller lol but i dont think its in the genes! When people say feeling ribs are we talking like you can feel them real good or just that u push on the side an feel them? I always wondered

Woo hoo look at him go !! now was he swimming or was his wading lol. Oooh Zeus would have been in newfie heaven ,everytime we go by water he's dragging me to get in now !!! . Well im happy for Fumbs that he looks like he might turn into a good swimmer afta all we'll just have to get them together again practice makes perfect lol great pics although u guys look cold in the water !
