You know growing up my dad was a commercial pig farmer, he ran sewer pipe to teh back of our property where a large man made pond was, we called it the S--- hole"  LOL!  Everything was pumped there.  He goes through (my hun) these lets recycle everything phases every year at this time.  I think it has to do with the long winters and spring fever.  At least I can tell him not to bother recycling dog poo!

He could always try generating energy with it. Stick it in a sealed tank and syphon off any methane gas generated.  ;D

oh my gosh greek LOL....that's a LONG time.  when in cali, i picked up every fresh hot pile because we had no yard and always had to walk.  but here, i get it every wednesday since trash is thursday.  HOWEVER, last wednesday, the ground was covered with snow, so yesterday when i went out i got 2 weeks worth of angus and cody doo....and it filled up 3 trash bags lol.  YUCK!  i can't imagine 2 or 3 months lol...where would we walk?  whatever works though huh?

Since we started feeding Evo (all meat and veggies, no grain), we haven't had to scoop at all!  The poop dries out, turns white, and disintegrates in about 2-4 days (depending on the weather)--much like poop from dogs fed raw.  We haven't noticed any measurable positive effect on the yard, but there is no damage.  The dogs have a few specific areas of the yard they poop in, and these used to feel the damage if we didn't get out there frequently enough with the scooper.  Not any more.

EVO sounds like a dream come true for the family pooper scooper (that is ME!).... esp. when I live with four big dogs and four small dogs.... though 2 of the 4 small pups poop like the big ones  :)
