The only thing that I can think of to suggest is if your vet is in your village, perhaps your vet will have had this discussion before and will have a suggestion for you.  It's very possible that you are not the first or his or her clients to deal with this issue.   :-\

That sounds like when I moved up to NY 10yrs ago.  I went to register Mojo and Tika(gsd/aussie @the bridge) and I was LAUGHED out of the town hall?!?!?  They didn't even have any forms, said they'd have to order them if I insisted on it.  I didn't.

Crazy people.. why have rules and regs if you're going to give people a hard time when they want to follow them???

I'm still shaking my head after reading this! I truly believe your Village Clerk, (as well as the Village Board)need to have a lesson 101 on Vacs! Perhaps they should check with the NBVME!!

Words excape me! & that's pretty darned unusual!
