Pet Palooza

so brandon how was pet palooza?

It was good, bava had doggles, so he was stylin'! He got microchipped, and didn't even flinch.  We saw the biggest great dane we have ever seen in our life.  Bava got growled out, etc a bunch of times by the mojos, and the big dogs were nice to him.  He's just a little fellow for now, but little dogs still don't like him.. But he seems to really like the little dogs...I don't get it?

We didn't really click with any of the adoptees, so it's still just a one dogbert family.  He's been pretty much sleeping since all of the excitement of the day.

Petpalooza huh? When and where was it? Were bands playing like in the human version? Did you get any pics? I'd love to see Bava in his doggles.

pet palloza is a big pet adoption by all the local humane societies.  They have all types of merchandise and you can get your dog micro chipped and maybe even find a new playmate for your pet.

Oh...how cool. Too bad you missed out on the bands though.

yea that would have made it a little more exciting.

No bands unfortunately.  Just vendors, games, pictures, etc in one area and adoptions in another area. They were also doing agility demos in 2 different areas. 
There is one coming up that will have bands and be an outside event, it is in Fort Walton, it is called Dog Daze, hopefully it will be a little more fun

Let's make it a road trip.  I have a feeling that we may not be going to the dog show with Dixie in two weeks.  Mel are you going to enter Bava in the November dog show in Mobile?

o listen to this my boyfriend lives in biloxi and decided that he needed to stay because his mom is staying and i am freakin out.

We should get together and go to the thing in Ft. Walton (This is Melissa btw, not Brandon typing) I think all our "kids" would have a great time. Bava will be a little bigger by then. Not sure if I'll enter Bava at all - he still has issues with "stay" :S

i told him that he and his mother were more than welcome to come stay and i had him convinced but she said that she wanted to stay at her house.  So he cant leave which i dont blame him it just makes me a nervous reck.  Yea Mel we will definatly have to do that maybe by then Bava will be able to box Winston right back in the head when he does it to Bava.
