It hit at a catagory 4 though. Very nasty!! I've been watching it all day. Part of the top of the superdome came off. Everyone is ok in there. I am very worried about everyone that was in the path. I'm been watching BPO for updates.

I hate to bring this back up bit I still have missing family members in the New Orleans area. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. No one has heard or seen from them yet. My heart breaks as each day goes by and we have no owrd on them  :'(

My mother says there is a website somewhere that has a list of people's names that have been saved, can anyone help me find it!

Yes I heard that too [that is the city near me] I HOPE they are safe thats why we want to find that website that has names listed, in hope to see their names on it.

Blair, I don't know if there is just one main spot for something like this, but I know that nola.com has both an area for people to post missing persons, and also an area for people to post that they are okay...

It isn't an actual list, but maybe you can start there...
