Help

Hi I am putting this on here for a friend. She works in a vet office was told to day that the rott she had been caring for was to be put down if it didn't have a home by 5 today. So I said I would take here her for the weekend and see what I can do. She is a 4 year old fixed rott. She was raised with kids but I have noticed that she is really nippy around the ears. I have 2 little kids and don't want to risk it. can someone help. If I don't find something my monday they will put her down

Hey, I know where you live (Montevideo).  Not to freak you out or anything...... ....lol

I wish I could help.  I would mention it to a rottie freak back home, but she also has two young kids and I know the ear thing would not fly with her.

I hope she finds a home.  Good luck with your search.

how do you know where I live if you are in CA? Just wondering. I don't know how she is with older kids and my two young ones she seems fine but I don't like to take a chance

I used to live in SD and MN.  I've only been in CA forr 2 years now.  All my relatives on both sides live in MN so I'm pretty familiar with most of the southern towns.

Well just a up date here. If she gets alone with other dogs she has a home!!!! One more dog who has a place that it will be loved.

I want to say thank you again for what help I got.  I said 5 dogs ago I was done doing foster till I can find a home for them. Now I am done!!! I think, untill I see another face that pulls at my heart. Oh well I love it!

Now as for that girl who knows were I live. Do I know you this is weired.

I dont' think you know me.  I dont' know of anyone with a dobie or rottie outside of CA.  Not unless someone I know picked them up along the way somewhere and didn't tell me...........l ol  And I don't think I know anyone who actually lives in Montevideo, not that I can remember anyhow, but I do know where the town is.

But who knows, maybe we are related....... ..lol.

I lived in mlps. I liked here better. Smaller town with more space. I can have my dogs and not worry. Sence I don't own a dogs rescue is the best for me. I never kept one for my self in all these years. There are always dogs that need a caring home to go to. I am just the middle point. Plus with a collage education in animal behavor I can do more good in helping other dogs then owning.
