That's HOAs for you. Mostly old Fuddy-duddies and losers who are bitter and have nothing else to do but enforce the HOA rules. We were so glad to move out of our townhouse, the HOA there was insane! Nasty notes were left on our door for any non conforming door handles, door knockers or plants. Stickers, that you could only remove with a razor blade, were placed on your windshield, where it blocked the drivers view, if you parked in the same spot for more than 72 hrs. I had to physically threaten them to get them to stop because if we left for a long weekend, they would put them on our car. Grrrrrr! I'm getting mad just thinking about all that crap. I feel for that lady and I hope she and Juice get some sympathy from their HOA board.
