You're such a bad influence on us one dog owners! lolI've been working on hubby to get a second dog and from the phone convo last night I think he's finally starting to "get it". Holly has boredom/lonliness issues and I think a second dog or a cat would be great for her. Hubby doesn't want a cat so that leaves the dog. lol I hope you find a good friend for your guy and a great family member when your ready.

Seriously, mine is stinky no matter how many times we wash her but I think it's caused by her skin issues since no other dobie owner I talk to has the same problems.

I love the looks of them too as well as they are supposedly very easy as far as grooming for a long haired dog. I want something as far from the clingy, annoying, hyperactive doberman as we can get.

It seems everywhere I go it's all the same info which isn't nearly enough to decide for or against a breed. Hubby doesn't really want another Dobie so I'm trying to find something else to fit our family.

What a handsome puppy you have there! Can I pinch his cheeks and give him smooches?!
I don't know anything about the breed so I can't help you there but don't feel bad about them not having that breed on the list, they don't have Borzoi either which is what we're thinking of getting. I think they wait until someone asks for a certain breed but I'm not sure. Can't wait to learn more about your breed and see pics of him growing!
