My husband sent me this email this morning.  Some of the things on the list are relevant, some are just silly.  But it got me to thinking....so I added some to the list.  Feel free to add your own....maybe we should send this to all the husbands! LOL!!

Men Are Just Happier People...
What do you expect from such simple creatures?

Your keep your last name all your life

The garage is all yours

Wedding/party/holiday plans take care of themselves

Chocolate is just another snack, not something you need to survive

You can be President

You can never be pregnant

You can wear a white T-shirt to a water park

You can wear NO shirt to a water park.

Car mechanics tell you the truth

The world is your urinal

Same work, more pay

Wrinkles add character

Wedding dress $5000 - Tux rental $100

People never stare at your chest when you're talking to them

New shoes don't cut, blister, or mangle your feet

One mood all the time

Phone conversations are over in 30 seconds flat

A five-day vacation requires only one suitcase

You can open all your own jars

You get extra credit for the slightest act of thoughtfulness

Your underwear is $8.95 for a 3 pack

Three pairs of shoes are more than enough

You are unable to see wrinkles in your clothes

Everything on your face stays its original color

The same hairstyle lasts for years, maybe decades

You only have to shave your face and neck

You can play with toys all your life

One wallet and one pair of shoes for all seasons

You can wear shorts no matter how your legs look

You can do your nails with a pocket knife

You have freedom of choice concerning growing a moustache

You can do Christmas shopping for 25 relatives on December 24 in 25 minutes

No wonder men are happier!!

Here are some that I am adding:

No one expects you to remember birthdays and/or holidays, much less buy cards and/or gifts

Don't have to wear a tight, pinching, stiff, uncomfortable bra

You don't have to keep track of every item in your home...not being constantly asked, "Do we have...?"..."Where is......?"...."Have you seen my.....?"

Don't know or care if outfit matches

Don't know or care if kid's outfit matches, is dirty, is appropriate for the occasion, etc.

No yeast infections
or vaginitis
or cramps
or bloating
or breast exams
or 14 different kinds of reproductive cancer

No one expects you to be a patient, nurturing parent

The decor and condition of your home is no reflection on you as a person

No deep thoughts

No need for meaningful conversation (because of reason above!)

In our house we also need to include~

you get to enjoy the pets without the walking,feeding, bathing  vet visits, grooming, training that they require. You just love on them and snuggle up at night!

When a man is sick they can lie in bed and moan and not be expected to be up cleaning, doing laundry and making dinners and lunches.

You never have to worry about which bill you are going to let slide one more week and which ones have to be paid now, because you don't pay them, SHE does.
You never have to worry about fitting in time to bathe 3 huge dogs, SHE does.
You never have to worry about finding time to make cookies and breads to give the neighbors, SHE does.
You never have to worry about where the money is going to come from for Christmas presents, SHE does.
You don't have to worry about whether or not you can get all your shopping done in a day, because YOU don't shop for anyone's presents.

Absolutely love this one, I'm not a card person at all although I do like to get them.
As for presents anyone who has ever recieved anything from can attest I put effort into them. Most people on my list only get one gift but I like to think they're over the top. The only one that I have trouble shopping for is my Mom but Erin can even attest to how difficult that is.
