Anything Non-Dog Related / Re: I am PEAVED

I totally agree with you...wouldn't it be nice to be a prissy, high maintenance b*tch for at least a DAY!?  Like you, I seem to be under lawnmowers, ankle deep in big paw poop, kid/dog drool on my shirt mixed with some "god only know what" mixed in for good measure.  Why can these husbands not realize how lucky they are to have us "undercover" princesses and treat us as such?!?!   ;D

"Undercover princess" I am laughing my A55 off at that!  I am the funniest person I know! ;D  I think we need pink t-shirts and can be a club!
Undercover Princess?  OMG that is the most AWESOME thing I've ever heard!  It's SOOOO me!!!!! YAY!! I'm 34 and I finally have a name for what I am!!!
:)
BTW, I'm heading upstairs NOW to break out the skin so soft.  Stuff works on mosquitos too!

Oh, Darlin'!  Sorry to hear about your troubles.  May I suggest you try calling the salon where you got your hair done before you take stuff to your paint problem...you said you were recently colored so you should be really careful what goes onto that sex-ay new 'do lest you strip the pretty new color out of it!

General Board for Big Dogs with Big Paws / Re: Mojo Sighting...
« on: June 29, 2006, 02:31:56 pm »
We have a big paw sighting thread...we need to have a thread where we post places that don't allow dogs yet we see mojos there, so we can start taking in our big paws!  {muahahahaha!!}

I was in flippin' Target in Tuscaloosa and a lady had her mojo in the cart!  What the heck?  I can just see me with Boudreaux in the cart toolin' around Tar-jayyy.  LOL!

**raises hand feeling stooooopid**
So I figured out that a mojo is a foo-foo dog by reading the thread but what does it stand for?  Seems like an odd name...

Sometimes some of the best ideas are also the simplest.  Delly isn't a "wolfer", in fact I often wonder if he eats his food one piece of kibble at a time because he eats so slowly, so we don't really need one but the idea is great!

So the day I say my dog doesn't gulp his food, what does he do?  Yes, WOLFS the stuff down!  I couldn't believe it!  My have to check into this now. :-\

Don't you hate it when you're having a conversation with a guy and he can't seem to find where your eyes are. :P >:(

I don't individuals would have a problem doing business cards, but didn't want to step on Michael/Jamie's toes.  I think it would be a GREAT contest!  Then the winner's card could be made downloadable!!  That in itself could be the prize!

That's a GREAT idea, Softhug!

One of the main reasons I like to have Dell in a class is for the socialization.  He had a rough start in life and the trainer suggested classes to help him get over his shyness and extremely submissive behavior.  He is still pretty submissive but not to the point of peeing on himself anymore AND there's not a dog-aggressive bone in his body.  Quite the contrary, he can't get enough of other dogs!

As Binky said, the social part of the class is worth the cost.

We've been looking into a Toyota 4-Runner, not new but late 90's early 00's.  I need the height of an SUV to make it easier to get in and out of because of my back, we need to be able to seat at least 4 AND have room to haul the dog.  The back section needs to be big enough that Dell can hang out back there and not be pinned between the seats and the back door. There's even plenty of room for him to move around if necessary.

Anyone have any experience with a 4-Runner?

Basically Dudley didn't get adopted because he's a black dog and he started getting kennel stressed at the HS, poor boy.

Poor guy!  Who wouldn't be stressed surrounded by a bunch of barking/stressed out dogs wishing they could be running through the tall grass instead of locked in cages?

Now I want him even more! :-\

He is so pretty!  what are his issues that he keeps ending up in rescue?  If I could take him and you were close enough, I would grab him in a heartbeat!  BUT. I'm only allowed one furkid where we live... :-\
