No no no no no no...It's great that you were honest with your husband, but evident from his response that while he wants to please you, he doesn't want you to go. PLUS, and this is horribly cynical and judgemental of me, probably because of my history working in the criminal mental health field for sooo long - the guy is smart, but probably bi-polar. Sounds like he was pretty cruel. You broke up with him (sure, he cheated, but you're the one that dumped him), you told his parents when he was suicidal. How can you be certain that his TRUE reason for wanting to meet is to "chat" and not for, well, revenge. It sounds dramatic, I know - I said I was cynical. He could have very malevolent reasons for luring you to a meeting. I'd stay away....FAR away. If he needs to apologize, he can do it via email. That's as close as he should get. :)

If you want a solution that falls in the "obnoxious" category: any butt that you remove from the flowers gets piled into little piles of butts on the chairs or whatever people are sitting on...but, I guess the selection of ash trays will keep you in better standing with your neighbors!

Oh, I have those tags for my girls! I love them - they are great quality! You'll be pleased! (I'm talking about the stainless steel ones with the colored enamel, or whatever it is.) Kai has a red heart and Tani has a pink flower...

Damn. I'm so sorry that happened to you. It sounds like you've gotten good advice and you've done all you can on your end. It's WONDERFUL that you stayed safe. The only opinion I can offer that hasn't been offered already is: screw the yogurt. Get the ice cream. Lots.

Aw...that is a sucky day. So, if you had stayed in bed, it wouldn't have been you that hit the bunny, but someone else would have. And, if you had stayed in bed, your pups would be miserable and not feeling good, but now they are diagnosed and medicated and on their way to better times. Maybe that's the silver lining? Hang in there... :)
