Games & Jokes / Re: Hot Seat #6 . . . PupDaddy Come on Down!!
« on: December 01, 2005, 06:29:48 pm »
I think we need a Harry Potter topic section!!!!

I am with pup daddy on the snpe this, and on the best book question,  but not in sirius, (JKR has said he really is dead, but also said we haven't seen the last of him).

So, Who is your favorite Character?

What got you hooked on these books?

Do you like the movies?

it certainly is nice, but like Ang said, how many of us have dogs that fit?  Then did mention a seatbelt in the floor? wonder how that woudl work... i like the idea of easy to remove and clean floors!

Remi is Beautiful!  hopefully we will have another get together soon so i can meet her!  I still have the picture of Shakes from the last one on my desktop at work.

I am seriously considering contacting SGVGDR about adopting.... I wonder what Tom would think about another pup.  I think Shakes could use a buddy, although i also think he would hate not being the center of our attention all the time.

yeah, crate size is most likely, and if not see a vet.  it isn't normal for dogs to pee where they sleep, unless they just can't hold it anylonger and it is involuntary.  Lots of pups have small bladders though, so maybe the pup just needs out of the crate more often.  Are you feeding and giving water on a schedule?  that can help too because you can have a better idea of when pup needs out, and the pup will have a better understanding of when it will get let out.

when is it happening?  daytime while you are gone, night time while you sleep?

they never got gross with shakes because he ate them too fast! so fast that he had a mild choking incident.  he coughed it right up but we stopped giving them to him.

now that i came back to check on the festivities for today, i am ver sad.

next weekend i will be out of town for turkey day, so maybe january is the best?

I can still meet up on sunday (tomorrow) if anyone wants to meet in the LA region.

i also have a talking, snoring, big chewer!  We give him lots of things to chew on.  There are bones out there for really strong chewers that he is not yet able to destroy.  One is the Galileo by nylabone.  They make a souper sized one that is good (you can find in in the BPO store).  There is another brand that makes the solid indestructable bones too, i found mine at the local pet store.

 :(

I don't think the long beach dog beach would be good because it is just a small coned off section and we have big pups!!  Not nearly as nice.  And also, not far from huntington beach.  I still want to meet up if other people want to.  i hope we find a good option!  shakes, tom and i miss you guys!

i am fine with the 12th or the 19th.  I love the Beach we were at, and the little cafe we went to after!!!! My little guy (only in comparison to this group) had a blast once bear stopped sitting on him!!!! ;D  I am sure he would love to have your little guys around too stephanie!!  can't wait to see you all again.  I have been bogged down at work and have had no desire to get back on the computer at home so i have been a little MIA lately.  really glad i got on at the right time to see this though!
